The experience with your company has been absolutely horrible. The order was made 3 months ago and I have yet to receive it. A shipping label was made 14 days ago but the package has not moved! I’ve made numerous attempts to contact you all but I haven’t received a reply or an answer. Please cancel my order and refund my money immediately.
I ordered in June of 2022. I still have not received my order. I tried the chat, email, call and still nothing. I will never order anything from you again.
Ordered my product in July of 2022, order supposedly shipped in January of 2023, never delivered and now they asking for a review. Sent emails back in July to get updates on order and no response. Delivery was almost 2 weeks ago and nothing ever showed up.

Definitely my daily go to. The oil/butter combo is the best and wifey loves the smell and feel.
Used this product before and loved the smell and results. Went to order again and now nothing. Ordered on Nov 24th. Sent several emails concerning shipping updates. I've heard nothing back. Kind of worried that it's a scam now. If it's some type of backorder or delay let customers know. Probably won't support again. Very disappointing when I've finally found a product I like and wifey loves the smell too.
