Use beard butter every day
Placed a order on August 4 and got a email that it was confirmed. Then never got a shipping email, sent a email August 18th inquiring about my order and got no response. Then called the number on the bottom of email and a lady answers which I gave her the order info and she said she would follow up with me that day. Never got a response until I reached out again on August 26, were the same lady said I was supposed to text her the order info so she can look into it. I text the 855 number that Is on tge email and is the only number listed for the company and she tells me she will follow up in 10 min. Now today August 29, I call to speak with someone and the same lady says I never texted her. I explain that I did and even screenshot the text and she is saying that I'm not texting or calling the same number when I'm looking at my phone and know what number I dialed. Lady then hangs up and a Georgia number calls back and hangs up. So I then text that number a screenshot of the text and call it and goes straight to voicemail. Do not deal with these people they will take your money and never send the order !!!
