This product is great, but yall never send packages out. I've been waiting on my package for over 3 months yall never respond to email or IG or nothing. Amazing product never had a better product for my beard but yall customer service is the absolute worst. Shipping in 5-7 days, but you send out a tracking number and never send the package????? Ridiculous. Get yall stuff in order, it's gonna limit what you can do and it's a shame because the product is great but yall gotta be better. The first time I ordered i got my stuff within a week, 2nd time took 2 months, it's going on 3 months and yall don't respond TO NO outreaches.
